Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for AUD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important Information
A damage deposit of AUD 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a credit card pre-authorization is required upon check in. This includes the full amount of the booking, as well as a deposit of $100 per night for any incidental charges. Please note this property is nonsmoking. Please note that some of our Merivale restaurants are closed during NYE period. Please contact our Concierge team to plan ahead your NYE activities/restaurant reservations
